KICKBOXING (ALL LEVELS)
In our all-levels friendly kickboxing class, cardio is king. We start with group exercises to familiarize our students with necessary movements for kickboxing. we then separate to do individual/partner drills. Our instructor then dives into technique where students pair up and work with each other. This is followed by a burnout drill and open sparring for all students.
BOXING (ALL LEVELS)
Get your sweat on during boxing classes here at Pride Lands. All levels are welcome to join this class, as every student gets to work 1:1 with our boxing instructor. During this sparring-heavy class, students will rotate between working 1:1 with our instructors on the pads, focusing on personal technique during bag work, and lightly sparring to put their skill into practice.
MMA (ALL LEVELS)
For hobbyists and competitors alike, we're pumped to be bringing out first MMA only class. Every Monday at 12:30 we will be gathering together directly after 11am No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu for some ecological drills, technique, pad work, and light sparring. If you are looking to make your debut in the cage, sharpen your skills, or just tie your training together then this is the class for you! All levels are welcome.
