WOMEN ONLY JIU-JITSU

We are so excited to announce that Women Only Jiu-Jitsu classes will be coming to Pride Lands MMA on January 5, 2026!! Classes will be Mondays at 5pm and will be classified as "all levels" but still very beginner-friendly! We will start with the core positions & submissions every grappler should know and gradually work our way into a more advanced curriculum as the class progresses. Classes will include warmups, technique, positional drilling, and open rounds once class is ready. Message us now to lock in an early bird special or to learn more information!
